KFC bad promotion plan.

Kfc made an add for a 9 pieces chicken.I was told to order online for delivery but the online did not work. I tried for 1hour and 30 minutes from kfc Standford Rd. I also went to Kfc Commercial Rd and also there it did not work and workers are saying there is nothing they also can do. I ended up paying R129.90 instead of an advertised price of R74.90 ( promotional price for one day). Kfc advertise things they know are not true. I am living testament to that and have a slip to prove it. Why was my location not picked up if there are about 3 KFC's restaurants that could have. Deliverd for me,they just say they don't deliver in my area which is from Standford Rd, Commercial Rd, Gelvandale all KFC to Algoa Park.
