KFC bad prepared

I bought 5 piece chicken with fries, on kfc Phillip Nel Park Pretoria West Gauteng drive thru last night, getting home trying to eat the meat was full of flour inside had to leave it n prepare kids another meal what a waste as d flour was too salty , tried tinting it but it was unbearable.
