KFC BAD FOOD

i ordered chicken and Mash & gravy from King Williams Town KFC (alexander road).... upon opening the mash n gravy there was ONLY gravy... no mash added... the gravy was oily and also very liquidy.... i made KFC aware on FACEBOOK and still waiting for any response.... its been about 2 to 3 weeks now....
