KFC bad customer service, rude staff

Went to KFC Paarl, Jan van Riebeeck Rd on Sunday, staff took orders outside, ordered family 8piece,when ordered at machine, we took all in 1 but thn wanted to cancel immediately, the said no, she sold the other 2 pieces... They all shouted at me, what I couldn't understand was, when was it sold as she is still busy taking my order... They were rude and said no manager available
