KFC BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am beyond livid with KFC customer service.5 September i ordered online and my order was cancelled, the driver claiming i didn't come outside which is a new **** they are apparently running. I go to KFC Moot (where i ordered) in Pretoria and they call their customer care which tells them they have refunded me immediately. Till today 31 October i am still chasing them by logging cases and calling them for my refund . Today i spoke to 3 customer service agents one of the names Tebogo who says she will send me proof that they refunded me and that i should take it to my bank. I never got that POP,I call back again today( 2x )using my money, the 2 ladies promise me to send me the email but nothing in my inbox, KFC give me my refund for case:***.You expect me to spend more of my money and time to go to the bank to ask where's my money that you know you didn't refund ?madness!!!
