KFC Bad Customer Service

I am So Disappointed in the service I received from one of their branch in Kaalfontein KFC, fist The Lady that was assisting she was very Rude and she didn’t wanna agree that she made a mistake and rectify it there and than instant I her colleague suggested a solution but she stoped the colleague from suggesting that solution. I am so sad that I had to spend R17.90 for just one pice. I greeted this lady and I said my order twice to her she never responded to my greeting and she got my order incorrect and she didn’t want to fix it and I had to pay more..I am never going back there ever.. that branch is so disorganized is not like other outlets that u find very helpful and friendly staff members. This one was my worst service ever at KFC as a branch.
