KFC bad customer service

KFC mahube valley has got the worst service ever. I was in a queue for drive through for an hour and above. I’ve irrived at the branch around 7pm and at 8pm still on a queue, we we told that they are closing. Both staff were unprofessional with no name tags including security guard. The incident happened Friday 25/06/2021 Team leader in duty told us they have family waiting for them and they are not here for us.

A proper communication was supposed to be communicated with us not in bad manners.

Am never buying from KFC ever again. I deserve respect as a customer. If KFC was theirs, they would have delivered good manners
