KFC bad customer service

So, we were lucky enough to get the cyber deal yesterday, kfc streetwise5 for R5. My husband then collects the order at KFC Rylands and none of the staff even knew what the promotion was about. They were totally baffled and my husband had to wait quite long until his cellphone which was used to confirm the order, went from one hand to the next. Now not even the manager of KFC LOL knew what to do... KFC really!!! This is the kind of staff you employ who aren't clued up about your online specials!
