KFC BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought two by streetwise two around past six.When I collected the order, one of the pieces had a hair stand in it. I took the food back to show the staff and lodge a complaint, but instead of apologising helping me one of till ladies was so arrogant and abusive to me. I wonder if it's the company policy or just incompetence on the branch management- ie customer relations??????
