KFC bad customer experience

I went to the Phoenix plaza KFC drive thru. I have received the most terrible service from staff and management. My order was wrong and the attitude of the staff and manager on duty was terrible. I cannot understand how does the owner employ staff who think that they are doing the customer a favor by serving them. I feel the owner of the Phoenix branch has to many KFC franchises that's why he has no control over the staff. Thomas his area manager doesn't do much as well.
