KFC bad competitions entry experience

KFC is running a promotion buy anything for R50 and stand a chance to win R10000.00 fuel voucher dialing a USSD number, I have tried is twice now and both times the printing of the slip is so bad that you can almost not see the code on the slip, then when you phone the number with the code the first try it comes up with an error the second call then tells you that you have exceeded the one hour limit for calling even though it was only minutes earlier that you purchased it. They also don't say anywhere on the slip that you only have one hour to enter the competition. It seems they doing anything in their power not to give away the prices!
