KFC bad and horrific experience

Around 20:00pm at Morena Mall KFC I went to pick up an online order (111048)and to my surprise the order was canceled on the screen.And team Priscilla told the guy that was going to help us She's the one who canceled it and she will help us then I went ahead to buy ice cream and it was not good for consumption and I told her and she tasted it and with a rough and intimidating voice so loud I was shocked,she said the ice cream is fine,that was when I told her not to raise her voice at me for I will throw her with the ice cream,she kept on shouting at me in a rude manner and I threw the ice cream at her that missed her and she threw me with the one that she prepared for another costumer with I manage to dodge it.

She went at the back while swearing at me calling me by name saying (mosono waaka)I'm an asshole and she came back holding a cupful of Sprite and she just pour it all on me from head to toe.

Please hellopeter can u be of assistance to ensure that all customers are treated with respect in KFC and to be honest this not my first encounter,I'm normally abused verbally by people working there but enough is enough.

I hope and trust that my plea will be taken highly into consideration.
