Placed an order online on their website, money went through and got an order confirmation. 15 minutes later got another sms saying my order has been canceled and will only be refunded in 14 days. The reason for cancelation was due to no drivers as they say. My argument is why didn't they phone me and asked if I would rather collect for myself or cancel the order? I have complained and even now still waiting for my R500 and an apology. Never use their website to order
