KFC Attitude

I went to KFC Kempton over the weekend , and this is the third time I received really shocking service ,<br> it's just like the staff does not care , and there is no manager to guide their staff. , firstly the three ladies working in front totally ignored me , then I walked out , decided to take the drive thru instead , got good service then , but when I got to the pay point , that woman was busy eating my chips.<br> <br> I almost never complain but I really lost my cool and totally give up.
