KFC atterbury bad service

Hi I always receive such bad service from KFC on atterbury road, the last time I bought 10 wing and I got 9wings, today I order a zinger wrap, they give me a normal classic wrap, I always realise when I get home, I GENUINELY dont like what these people are doing to us as consumers, they stacked the wrap like they were throwing in lettuce and mayonnaise the pieces of meat fell out as I was eating, I hate that place so much order number473
