KFC (Athlone, South Africa) BUTT

<p>Hi, I visited KFC (Athlone) placed my order and waited as per normal, after 10min as they were kind of busy packing my food I was told there was no mash and gravy, then sure obviously I was given another option also thinking I will be getting my food soon. I was so wrong I had to wait another 20min for my food and not to mention there was barely 10people waiting for food. After asking about 4 times when my food will be ready, the only answer I got was 2 min then the answer was soon, I got so frustrated I said if thats the case I have been waiting long you might as well give my money back. Then I got my food thinking ok I finally have my order only to get home and find out my dunked wings I ordered was a thigh cut into quarters. They didnt even have the decency to say that they have no more to give me that ****, and to top it off other people were placing orders for mash and gravy and the cashier never mentioned once that there wasnt any and while the customers were waiting for about 5min only then were they told there isnt any mash and gravy. I have never waited that long for food and never have I been ********** with food either not getting what I ordered its discgusting and there service is pathetic I will honestly recommend that people do not go to KFC (Athlone). </p>
