KFC Athlone - Poor Service

KFC Breakfast is a *******!! I have pictures of 2 x Hot Chocolates purchased at KFC Athlone. When the cup was opened to add sugar, the cup was half!! For R21.90 I think it is a *******!! Over oriced for a 100ml of instant hot chocolate is ****************!!!

And also, the service at Athlone branch stinks. Our business is located close to KFC and we support this branch frequently - just yesterday we ordered 2 x brekkie crunch meals and was charged extra for cappuccino (R30.00 extra) and our chips was not included. We asked for 1 wrap to have white sauce but both was made normal and when we went back they shrugged and said "Sorry its already made" The staff acts as if they are doing us a favour, yet the customers are doing them a favour by supporting the store to give them a job! So a little bit more customer service would be appreciated.
