KFC at the Kollonade centre has done it again

Very simple story and KFC has no excuse for what happened. So my family and I stopped at KFC before going home after a nice vacation in the Kruger national park. The line was not that long we were about 5th in the line. She orders a Boxmaster meal and I order a Streetwise 3. At first she doesn't receive her drink. I get home and I have no Chips and Only 2 pieces of Chicken in my box. The only happy one was my 3year old son who had a snack burger and my 6month old son who had breast milk. I have had poor service at this KFC multiple times and each time the management promises to change and do better. But as of 2015-12-29 I wont be buying any KFC ever again in stead I will go across the street to your oposition at Nandos. Thanks to poor service you have lost a valuable client and I will make a point of it to spread the word on how excellent your services are.
