KFC at Queens Corner Mall in Pretoria does not participate in the nationwide Tuesday special

I went to KFC at Queesnwood, Pretoria today to buy 6 piece special for R65 and I was told that there is no special. I then went to KFC at Corner of Stanza Bopape and Duncan streets. I was able to purchase the special. Does the KFC at Queens Corner Mall not participate in the nationwide Tuesday special?
