KFC AT MONTE CASINO

I had the worst experience ever truly unacceptable. The KFC at Monte Casino is honestly the worst KFC ever. I ordered on the self service machine paid and everything when it was time to collect my order the staff let us now that the payment never went through and they never made my meal. After 2 hours of proving that the payment went through on my side they finally gave me my meal cold, missing items and soggy.
