KFC @Lenasia opposite police station very poor customer service

I am very dissatisfied with the Customer service at KFC LENASIA Opposite Police Station regarding order number 2993 I was served by staff at the till with no name tack, the order came out on the screen showing that I must come and collect . To my surprise the order was not done..when I asked the staff at the till they mocked and laughed as if we were mad. When we opened the orders at home they were not complete I felt ****** by the store.
