KFC @ Carnival mall

The KFC at Carnival mall is ****** and robes people. I bought alot of food two months back and also ordered 2 big mash and gravy and they gave me 1 big mash. I came back from where I live to ask them y did I get 1 mash and gravy? They never gave me a reason they just replaced it and said sorry. Now I saw that it is compulsory to park my car and go buy inside the shop. Then this month again I bought alot of food including 2 big mash and gravy then again they gave me 1 short mash and I saw this when I arrived at home. I didn't check the food because I was already tired because I waited 1hour and a half for my food while I was with a baby (1year 7months)so I just wanted to leave because the child was irritated by being at this shop for so long. So the service there it's good when it's whites people because people got their food way way earlier while I bought 30min before them. So I'm not happy about their service I always get 1 or 2 things lesser and yet I paid for it. That means I'm losing because of the colour of my skin. I don't get a service like everyone else. So when you go there check your food 1st before leaving..
