KFC @ Blue Valley Mall bad service

I do not understand why this KFC has a intercom system. Cause every time I gat there to order the Staff member will call me to the window where they are, to take my order at the window. This influence the whole purpose of fast food. Because when you get to the pick up window the ask you to go wait in the car park, and say they will bring your order there. I think if they just use the system as it designed to work, they will be able to get the order out on time so you can just pick it up at the puck up window.
