KFC ARE *******

I ordered on the app. At 18:22, i got a message to say my order is delayed and will arrive at 18:21.

At 19:07, after 2 calls to the customer support team, 3 attempts to the store, 2 agents on your chat, no one can tell me where my order is.

1st call, Agent said they'll call back, they didn't. 2nd call, agent puts me on hold, then ends call.

Clearly you going for more than R2 from each order and you taking the entire amount
