KFC are *****S

Didn’t get what I ordered. Even after complaining, nothing has happened. I ordered a 21 piece bucket with some extra stuff. To my surprise, when I got home it was a 15 piece only. I contacted customer care on 21 August, spoke to Leeroy, who said it will be sorted. Sadly it was not. When I called again with my ref number ***, I spoke to Nikiledi, on 28 August, Seems my complaint was logged for an internal review, with nothing coming back to me. She promised to have it sorted. Today is the 4th of September and still no one contacted me. I even gave 2 numbers for them to call. But nothing. I demand either my money or the 6piece that I did not get!!! I need some to call me as a matter of urgency
