KFC are lying about Tuesday Special price!!!!

I went to KFac sandridge in Midrand hoping to her the Tuesday Special(6 piece for R69 as advertised on TV) however I was told that it's R80 if I want the special. So KFC is lying to us on National TV knowing very well that when we go to their stores we will be charged R80??? Are we being deceived as consumers? Or should I contact Consumer Rights to get what my rights are as we being deceived here by KFC!!!!!
