KFC are ***** and a joke!!!!

My boyfriend and i were very disappointed in KFC Box Meal where i wrote a complaint on their Facebook Wall. KFC responded wanting my contact number saying one of their agents will be contacting me. No-one contacted me, and then i receive an sms saying this "We are unable to get hold of you re your KFC Case CAS-571496-J3C4X4 . Please note we will close this case after a further attempt within the next 24 hours"

NO-ONE HAS CONTACTED ME!!! My phone has been with me all the time and it didnt ring and there is no missed call either....Who were they trying to kid???? They **** and their service and meals are a joke....
