KFC Arcon Park

Terrible service at KFC Arcon Park. As soon as there is to many costumers then the whole kitchen falls apart. I was sitting and waiting for my order for a full hour and 15 min. When I went to enquire of where is my order they had to redo my order as they lost it among the people coming in. I think they should either get extra staff during end of month or better management teams
