KFC app=****!!!!!!!!

KFC ****** me of my money , I placed an order two weeks ago and money was deducted from my account using their app.Then immediately their app crushed. It’s been 2 weeks going to and from with the store manager and agents requesting proof of transaction and order details.

I want my money!!!!!!! Why have an app which fails all the time?
