KFC appaulling service

It has been over a month snce kfc took money from my card and no order processed on their app. None of their people are willing to belp when I email or call, they are jist rude and impatient. I have sent them proof of purchase and everything else they wanted but to this day no refund!! I am disgusted at their poor service!
