KFC app refund

I placed an order on the KFC app which was subsequently cancelled by KFC but they are giving me the runaround about my refund for the order which was charged to my debit card. It's been 2 weeks now. They keep saying the problem is with my bank. They just don't want to take responsibility. Please stop ordering on the app They are ****ming us.
