KFC App order

I place an order on the 9th March for 5 items via the kfc app for R316.50. My Money was deducted but no order generated. I contacted the kfc branch and they advised I need to call the call centre for a refund. I did this and logged 3 requests because I also had 2 other deductions and no delivery. I was told to wait 7 to 14 days and I will receive the funds back as separate transactions. I was only credited more then 30 days later for just 2 transactions and this is after I emailed to follow up and I recieve emails stating someone is trying to get a hold of me , please respond with a convinient time to be contacted, I respond and nobody contacts me.The above amount of R316.50 was never credited to my account. Please investigate kfc and ensure I receive my refund.
