KFC App - No refund experience

On the 27th of February 2024, I made an order on KFC App and it went through however I did not receive my food because they were shooting 🙄OK fine. I asked for my money and I was told that I will get my refund in 7 days😒 I still have not been refunded and when I call them they still continue to promise that I will get my refund.
