KFC APP NO DELIVERY

On 24 March2022 I ordered a meal on the KFC app for R255. The money was deducted then the app said they couldn't deliver and the funds will be refunded which never happend and the order showed completed. I sent them an email and logged a complaint on their app with no avail.
