KFC APP NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

I placed an order on the KFC app I tracked the driver and as soon as the notification showed that the driver is one minute away I went outside our Capitec BSE building in Bellville waiting for the driver I received a message while waiting outside that the driver KOBY A is outside and I am standing outside and there is no driver, next thing I receive a message saying “ Oh no! There was a problem delivering your order, 111161. We?ve reversed your payment of R 167.60; it will reflect in 1-7 days. Team KFC” this is utterly pathetic now I have to wait 1-7 days to receive my refund because of incompetence drivers I am not happy about this at all mind you the KFC in middastad mall in Bellville 7530 is literally 10 minutes away with drive. To think my colleague had a similar issue with the Capitec app with *********** drivers this is not on!
