KFC APP is a ****

The APP is convenient but a **** at the same time. I ordered food for delivery and the order was accepted. Few minutes later, I received an e-mail saying the order was canceled as no drivers were available... My money was however, not returned to my account. I sent an e-mail to report this, however no action was taken. I also sent a follow-up email, but no response at all. I don't trust this APP anymore.
