KFC APP DUPLICATE DEDUCTED NO DELIVERY

My Mother and I placed a order on the KFC app on the 29th of May. We received only an sms confirming the order . But no delivery was made. The 1st of June when doing banking my Mother noticed that the amount for the KFC order was deducted twice. We informed KFC and on the 10th we where contacted by KFC to appologise for the inconvinience caused and that both payments will be refunded. Its now almost a month later and no refund. Been in contact via email 3 times but no response. My mother is a pensioner. Such a shame that customer service in general in our is almost none existant
