Kfc App, dissapointed

Dear kfc online App, your service is terrible, I ordered the R149 meal the money went off my account and has not been reversed till now, I called the call centre all they said was it was a technical glitch, the order never went to the store and I never received my food, this is seriously not on. I'm very upset about this. Please can my money be put back into my account immediately.
