KFC APP DISAPPOINTMENT.

The KFC app is unreliable. Was debited twice for one order. Which was sent to a store unknown in the notorious CBD. Customer care promised within 24 hours to rectify the problem, 20 days and counting, issue as not being resolved. Will never recommend this app to anyone. Worst customer care service ever.. Can't even contact head office, cos of no available contact number. Very disappointing.
