KFC APP Delivery methods is bad

They don't even deserve 1 star, I placed a delivery order via KFC App @ Brackenhurst branch and my order went through, I got confirmation that my order has been received by them and will be delivered to my provided address. 2 and half hours later I haven't got my order and I called the restaurant to find out about my order and I was told that there was an error on App, the restaurant doesn't do delivery, what ****es me off is that I can see an order and its saying delivery, why not take an initiative to contact the customer early and notify them there's been a mistake the restaurant doesn't do delivery but u keep the order and do nothing till the customer calls 2 hours later then u tell them it's an error, I mean how does the customer know that the restaurant doesn't do delivery where the App accepted the order and confirmed the delivery will be done.

I'm so mad at this point and I want to warn the customer's not to place delivery orders on KFC App or else u will wait till you faint for your order.
