Kfc app

After finding out that kfc has aan app, I decided to download it. I wanted to to place an order, only to find out that they don't deliver in my location but there is a kfc 10 minutes away from my place. How it is possible that there is a kfc around my location, just 10 minutes away from my place but the delivery system doesn't deliver. Why arenwe excluded from it when we are the people that buy from it?
