KFC App a ****!

DONT EVER order online, they take your money IMMEDIATELY then loose your order (system error which is apparently not their problem but yours) and then after you complain they will refund you in 14 WORKING DAYS!!! That is 3 WEEKS to get the refund because they are so busy with refunds! How many refunds do they do? If your system looses this many orders and you have to do so many refunds, the problem is with KFC NOT YOUR CLIENT! I will place my children's hunger on hold so they can only eat in 3 week's time as we could not afford to loose this money for nothing. New way to ***** interest from clients and to deliver zero customer service! I deleted my KFC App, I will NEVER order KFC again and will actively confince every decision I can to disuade others from using your app. Go and learn from the big boys first like Checkers - they do it right!
