KFC APP

I've place an order on Friday by KFC app and the driver ran away with my order when I call by KFC app they told me I can't get a voucher and their refund take 7-14 days and that was my only money that I had I was so hungry I didn't eat the whole day yho very bad service, when I called the store KFC century (mall) they told me they will lose their money if they send me my meal I must wait the 14 days I didn't get my refund even now very very bad service 😡😡😡
