Kfc app

App took my money and gave me a delivery time but delivered nothing. Then I called the number on the app, only to be put on hold for a long time, sent an email which will apparently be seen to in 5 working days. Despicable service from a food delivery app, called a lovely lady from the kfc that was supposed to be delivering but now even that woman is on hold by kfc to verify my purchase. Absolutely ridiculous from such a big company to not have their app updated to assist customers timeously. Will never use kfc app again
