KFC App

We have ordered on the 17 November via the KFC App delivery guy never pitch while sms was sent that it has arrived we query this with KFC and we were promise a refund within 24 HRs up until today we try numbers times contacting no one is getting back money still not I need my R160 from KFC they cannot ****** us like this
