KFC and Uber eats useless and *******

I ordered KFC at 7pm with a delivery time of 25 to 35min on uber eats. At 8 15pm they decided to cancel the order as couldn't deliver on time as restaurant not ready, suggested I order again which I did. At 9. 30 the food arrived cold and sloppy like it had been sitting and reheated multiple times.. Disgusting!! When I complained and requested my money back all they said was sorry they aim to make service better. Basically they stole my money and then apologized. I suggest you don't use them and stick to Mr D and not KFC
