KFC and Uber Eats bad service!!

I placed an order via Uber Eats on 03/09/2023 at KFC Meadowlands BP, order #90823, needless to say the driver never delivered my food, but on the App it says delivered and my money was deducted from my account. I called they store, they said the driver eventually came back and said he was ******. I spoke to Nelisiwe and Mehluli at the store, I want my refund, the order is still not cancelled meaning it seems like I got the food and no refund is due, and I cannot contact Uber Eats successfully. Between KFC and Uber Eats, someone has to take accountability, I want my refund!! The driver was James Gama, I am very angry, pathetic service!!!
