KFC AND UBER EATS

I ordered a Burger meal from Kfc on the 21st of July 2022 which was raw inside which I have pictures of. I have asked them to please refund me or swap out the meal when I called them back. They advise to contact Uber eats. I have contacted Uber eats and today is the 8th of August 2022 and still have not had any feedback what so ever.

Please advise further if I should post the pictures with time stamps on them.
