KFC and their wicodes

Bought WiCode. Thought cashless is safe in pandemic. Got told wicode is invalid and waited like an idiot for an hour at KFC Elardus Park. Manager basically told me to leave as the voucher is invalid. Called ebucks and they confirmed the voucher is valid. So lost my money thanks to incompetence. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF ON WICODES!!!!!! THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME AND IT IS SO FRUSTRATING. Jeepers.
