KFC and their horrible service

The WORST KFC EVER!!!!!

There are almost no menu’s at in the drive through. Did not know what to order because there were no options.

The drive through line is taking half an hour. Got in the drive through at 14:20 waited to pay until 14:40 Got my food at 15:00

Also, ordered a Coke Zero, was charged extra for a normal coke which I don't drink and asked to swop for a Coke Zero anyway, but was charged.

The lady at the pay window was so rude laughing at me cause I couldn't reach her window, told fellow employees to come and look that I cannot reach the window, so rude, so embarrassing, so condescending and humiliating.

Waited extremely long for my food, my petrol dropped so much just by waiting.

Staff was horrible, not convenient or fast at all.

Will not be going to KFC again, the whole experience left a horrible taste in my mouth, lets hope my food tastes better.

Originally I was on my way to MC DONALDS- should have sticked to my original plan!!!!!
